Shipping policy

Where we ship

Gifted Shades ships only to addresses within the United States, including the 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination.

Shipping cost

For gift-code redemptions, shipping is included — the recipient pays nothing. Shipping costs for the underlying program are paid by the business that purchased the program.

Order processing

Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of redemption. “Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once handed to the carrier, transit time depends on the destination and the carrier’s service level. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days of leaving our facility. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak periods (holidays, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, or carrier delays beyond our control).

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion based on the destination, the product, and current carrier performance. We are not able to accommodate carrier requests at this time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking is provided as a courtesy and reflects the carrier’s scans — we do not guarantee its real-time accuracy.

Shipping address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship; you may be responsible for the cost of the second shipment. We are not liable for misdelivery to an incorrect address that you provided.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the recipient when the carrier accepts the shipment from us. Once tendered to the carrier, the package is in the carrier’s custody.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at hello@giftedshades.com within thirty (30) days of the program start date. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, re-ship. For damaged packages, we will exchange the item under our Refund Policy. Please keep all original packaging and photograph any damage before disposing of it.

Multiple items

Each gift code is good for one product per redemption. Multi-item orders (where applicable to a particular program) may ship together or in separate packages depending on stock and warehouse location. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
