How long until I get my codes?+
Typical turnaround time is less than 3 days. This includes the time to build the codes and set up the branded landing page.
What's the minimum order size?+
10 codes total across the quote. Mix collections freely — the minimum applies to the combined total, not to any single collection.
Can I co-brand the redemption page?+
Yes. Every client gets a custom subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.giftedshades.com) with your logo, brand colors, welcome message, and any copy you'd like on the landing page. No additional cost.
What if a recipient never redeems their code?+
All codes and the landing page expire after 6 months unless new codes are purchased and the program is continued. Redemption code usage reporting is available upon request.
How is shipping handled?+
Every order ships direct to recipient in the continental US within 2 days of receiving the request from your recipient.
What about returns or exchanges?+
All gift redemptions are final unless the product is defective. Defective glasses may be returned within 30 days of the program start date.
Do you offer payment terms?+
Payment is due prior to code generation. We accept ACH, Wire transfer, and all major credit cards.
